Orange Pomander

We are studying Colonial and early American times. The girls were making orange pomanders to be hung in their rooms. They hae to make a hole with a wooden skewer and then place a clove in it. They are covering the entire orange in cloves. You then allow them to dry for about 6 weeks, and then you have an orange pomander.
